Sunday Mar.7: A surprise this morning will make some wealthier. And romance and good times are in the air tonight. Try not to overdo it. Happy Birthday to the telephone. A. Graham Bell was granted a patent for his invention of Mar. 7, 1876.

Monday Mar. 8: Serious emotions are made stronger by a positive connection to Pluto this evening. Family and career issues are highlighted. Mar. 8,1971 was the ‘Fight of the Century’ between Joe Frazier and Muhammed Ali. Photographs courtesy of Frank Sinatra and Life Magazine. Frazier won in a decision. Both fighters were hospitalized  following the match.

Tuesday Mar. 9: The busiest day of the week with the most giving and most not so generous aspects playing out on the same day. Pick one way or the other or pick both, one for one situation, the other for the other. Today, Barbie, the doll from Mattel,  celebrates birthday  #62.

Wednesday Mar. 10: Both the conscious and unconscious parts of our brains are energized today. Imagination and memory combine with practical ideas for the future. While we do not have an accurate date for her birth, we do know that Harriet Tubman died on  Mar. 10, 1913 in Maryland of pneumonia. She was the leader of ‘The Underground Railroad’  and has a school in St. Catharines named for her.

Thursday Mar. 11: The powerful effects  of yesterday’s Sun Neptune conjunction means that a creative new you is still in the making, especially now that the Moon is also in Pisces as of 9:43 this morning. Try not to be too stubborn this evening. It was March 11, 1917 that the first NHL Championship game was held. The Toronto Arenas beat  the Montreal Canadiens by a score of 7 to 3. The Canadiens won the series on a 2 game total goals but lost to the Seattle Metropolitans in the series final.

Friday Mar. 12: Charm and powerful intuition set up a day where a surprise moves long-term goals into closer range. John Abbott, Canada’s third Prime Minister, was born on Mar. 12, 1821.

Saturday Mar. 13:  Today, we have a New Moon at 23° Pisces. The New Moon is conjunct Venus and Neptune, so this is truly a fairytale New Moon. Sometimes dreams DO become a reality, and when the manifestation power of a New Moon meets Venus and Neptune, anything is possible! Also, Venus is conjunct Neptune at 20° Pisces. Venus conjunct Neptune is the most romantic transit in astrology, and it’s just a few more years that we are lucky enough to have it in Neptune’s sign, Pisces. No matter how difficult our lives may be at the moment, Venus conjunct Neptune is a gentle reminder that when we truly connect with our hearts, we can find beauty and magic everywhere. Clyde Tombaugh announced his discovery of Pluto on Mar. 13, 1930.

Next week, it’s the Vernal Equinox on Saturday Mar. 20, as the Sun crosses the Equator on its way from Pisces into Aries. Spring is here!

Until then, shine on!
